Paree

Owner

Hi, I’m Parth (social media name of Paree)! I have been supporting the club for over 10 years and ever since just fallen in love with the Blues. I started supporting Chelsea because my friend told me to do so, and I couldn’t have made a better choice! You can find me writing articles, editing and producing podcasts! I also like to do some data analysis here and there, analysis on the football economic market as well as a few graphic designs.

Orlando

Admin

Iā€™m a passionate football fan who loves to play, watch, analyse and discuss the game, with a particular interest in youth football and development. Iā€™m also a grassroots referee and budding coach. Been supporting Chelsea since I can remember and Iā€™m regularly in attendance at Stamford Bridge with the odd away game when I can get tickets! You can usually find me hosting The Chelsea Spot Podcast, tweeting about Chelsea academy graduates scoring in the Dutch second division or on a football pitch in some capacity.

Rob Lawman

Admin

Grew up supporting Chelsea due to unhealthy obessession with Gianfranco Zola before falling in love with the team of 1998 and have been a regular at as many first team and youth team games that I could get to ever since. I spend most of my time inbetween matches delving into football analytics and discussing Chelsea with anyone who will listen so could not pass up the opportunity to join this amazing team and share my views on all things Chelsea. As an analyst in my day to day role (although not yet in football!), I always try and bring a balanced mix of opinions and facts to my articles. Slight bias towards vertical football and the academy and I’m still not quite over Gael Kakuta failing to make it here.

Danny New

Writer

Hi, Iā€™m Danny New and Iā€™m Manchesterā€™s biggest Chelsea fan. I began supporting Chelsea in the wake of the 2006 World Cup after being inspired by my idol, Didier Drogba. Iā€™m currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Uni of Nottingham, but my main passions are backing the mighty Chels and watching Giroud goal compilations on loop. When Iā€™m not writing for The Chelsea Spot or dreaming about Oliā€™s scorpion kick, Iā€™m in the swimming pool training 7 times a week. I love covering all things Chelsea and hopefully every now and then I write something everyone (except Sarri disciples) enjoys.

Tom Driver

Writer

With Brazilian blood, loving football was never really a matter of choice. Chelsea has always been my club and I wonā€™t ever forget the 2012 Champions League triumph. My university degree involves lots of written critical analysis, which you may see shine through in my articles ā€“ I tend not to hide my strong views! Iā€™ll back the academy through thick and thin, hoping for a future in which its graduates form the core of a title-winning first team, with Reece James as captain.

Mash Greaves

Writer

Iā€™m currently studying sports journalism at uni, in my second year. Been in love with Chelsea since the day I could kick a ball. I Enjoy writing anyway, but writing about the club Iā€™m so passionate about is even better. Writing for The Chelsea Spot allows me to express my thoughts and opinions in my own way. Aspiring to work in the world of football, preferably involving Chelsea.

Michael Nazarian

Writer

My name is Michael Nazarian and Iā€™m a university graduate who studied Finance and Information Systems. I started supporting Chelsea when I was 10 years old. My eldest brother used to live in London and during my first trip in visiting him there I bought a Chelsea kit and backpack in the airport because I loved the design and colors. Ever since then Iā€™ve been watching Chelsea and football in general. My love for the sport has pushed me to learn about its complexities everyday. I hope to further my understanding in tactical systems and data analytics to apply these concepts in my work for The Chelsea Spot and Breaking the Lines.
