Leeds United have made an approach to sign Gallagher on loan.
Leeds have reportedly already planned the loan move out to Gallagher.
Tuchel and Chelsea are willing to sanction another loan for Gallagher.
Tuchel does not see Gallagher in his plans for the upcoming season but Chelsea are not willing to accept or entertain permanent bids.
Chelsea would prefer Gallagher to sign a new contract before heading out on loan.
