The Chelsea Spot understand Jim Fraser has been promoted to Head of Youth Development & Recruitment at Chelsea FC.

Neil Bath was promoted into the role of Director of Football Development and Operations in November, where we understand he will continue to oversee the U21s progress as well as the loan system for the academy players.

Jim Fraser was Neil Bath’s assistant for over 15 years, and together they have been the main men behind producing one of the best academies in the world.
